Dr. Youn-Long Lin
Dr. Lin has 35 years of experience in IC design academy and industry, including co-founder, CTO & EVP at Global Unichip Corp., a TSMC subsidiary public company specialized in SOC design service; chair professor of computer science at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan; co-founder of Taiwan’s National Chip Implementation Center; Program director of the AI research Initiative sponsored by Taiwan’s Ministry of Science and Technology, and an independent board member of Etron Technology. He earned his PhD in computer science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1987.

Benson Chin
Benson Chin has over 20+ years of ICT industry working experience at Acer and Wistron Corporation. Benson joined Acer in 1995, started from procurement function at electronic parts then moved to product / project management role. In his PM role, had successfully launched DT products, MXM card, MB, smart handheld products and portable device, etc.
In his current position, he is the Chief of Value Creation Center (VCC) under CTO office in Wistron, authorized by company executive management team to focus on creating innovative products / solutions to bring company different business possibility which included AI, Big Data development application on Smart education, Medical, Healthcare and IoT related devices, also closely co-work with internal BG/BU for OEM/ODM service continually. In the meanwhile, Benson is also responsible for Wistron CVC, which is focusing on investing highly potential startups with core technology and aim to build up unique CVC business model of Taiwan institution and create new value of the investees.

Moris Lin
Moris Lin, gave his service to Mediatek as analog IC designer, multiple mass production experience and patents issued during his tenure. Currently, he is a partner of Nestor Capital and co-managing Grandfull Fund, focusing on semiconductor sector. The Investments are mainly in advanced technology covering range from RISC-V CPU, DPU, CXL Switch, NPU, SERDES, GeSi sensing technology, to WBG, etc.

Dr. Joe Kao
Dr. Kao is CTO and the first employee of Neuchips. He has established the Research and Development (R&D) team from its very inception and leads product roadmap and development. Dr. Kao earned his Ph.D. in computer science from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He holds over 10 international patents in the areas of artificial intelligence, circuit design and image processing.
